1st and 3rd Wednesday, Q & A and accountability checkins.

2nd and 4th Wednesdays, a new Masterclass is released.

You will be e-mailed by me every Wednesday, so watch that.

When there is a 5th Wednesday, I will give you one of two things.... a Bonus teaching or a very focused assignment to move you further along. No matter what, on Wednesdays, you will get an e-mail from me.

I recommend you watch one module and do one corresponding assignment every other week.

💛 It is unhelpful to watch ALL the lessons or try to get through them all to be "caught up". It is much, much more important for you to watch the most recent Masterclasses and then do the assignments, then watch the other, previously released classes as needed.

🐢 I designed this course to be taken slooooowly. This will benefit you in two ways. 1. Creates a realistic rhythm of learning, then applying.

2. Gives you time to process.

Please develop this rhythm if you'd like to see the results you desire.

In my experience this is the most effective way to see quality of life changes on a deep level. Learning has little value by itself. The application of what you have learned is the real goal of this program.
